About the Speaker



Donald F. Meinheit, P.E., S.E.

Donald F. Meinheit is a retired Principal of Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates Inc. (WJE). Mr. Meinheit has nearly 50 years of experience in laboratory research testing, rehabilitation consulting, investigating failures, and teaching structural design at Notre Dame and Purdue University. He has been active in concrete anchor testing and evaluation since 1979. He is also a long-time member, active contributor, and past chairperson of ACI’s Committee 355 - Anchorage to Concrete.
