SEAOI boasts a membership of over 600,  and includes practicing structural engineers, professional engineers, EITs, students, and professionals in related industries. We are pleased to offer a variety of sponsorship and advertising opportunities for organizations in the structural engineering field. Contractors, vendors, engineering and architecture firms, and other related organizations can support the work of SEAOI throughout the year and at specific events.

Tuesday Update Advertising

SEAOI sends a weekly email blast that includes news and events for the engineering community. This communication reaches approximately 2400 individuals. 

An ad in the Tuesday Update is $300 per week, with a 20% discount for 2 weeks and a 25% discount for 3 weeks. Ads are due on Friday at 12 noon to appear in the following week's update. Contact SEAOI  for more information or to place an ad.

SEAOI produces numerous events throughout the year, including Symposia, monthly Dinner Meetings, and our Annual Awards Celebration. SEAOI Annual Awards Celebration (June)

The SEAOI Awards Celebration is the highlight of our program year, as SEAOI members, colleagues, spouses, and friends gather to celebrate the profession of structural engineering.  We announce the winners of the Excellence in Structural Engineering Awards, honor individual award winners, and recognize our incoming and outgoing presidents.

Symposia

Our Structures Symposium in October and Bridge Symposium in April each offer opportunities for both exhibitors and sponsors. 

These popular events bring up to 200 people into a single full-day session.  Exhibitor opportunities are available, and we offer many levels of sponsorship. 

Dinner Meetings

Dinner meetings are generally held on the first Tuesday of the following months: September, October, December, January, February, March, and May.
